Within 30 days of the purchase date, you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following rules and exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• If your dog did not like our dog treats, please reseal the bag and use packing tape to close it permanently. Please pack the treats in the original shipping package or something similar in size and style (box or bag). For the purposes of calculating shipping costs and weight, we will assume the treat bag is almost completely full since your dog did not like our treats. If this is not the case, please let us know why.
• Clothing and other non-perishable items from our store must be in original condition, still have their tags on, and should be returned in their original product packaging. There must be no visible signs of wear or use unless the item is defective.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. If you don’t have the confirmation email, please email us at [email protected].
2. We will respond to your return request email within 1-3 business days. If necessary, in our reply we will include a prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

• We try to process your return requests as quickly as possible. Please give us at least 3-5 business days before contacting us with questions/follow-ups regarding your return. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
• Lost or damaged returns cannot be refunded so make sure you insure your return.
• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, and we stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, there’s the occasional person or company that likes to abuse the rules. For that reason, we ask the following: If you’ve never tried our treats before, please refrain from ordering more than a 3-pack. We don’t want to get in the situation where you’ve ordered more than 3 bags of our treats, only for you to request a return for no other reason than your dog didn’t like our treats. • Finally, while most returns won’t involve and return fees or restocking charges, we reserve the right in special circumstances to assess a $5-$15 charge to be deducted from your purchase price to cover shipping and handling charges for your return.
